Asset Cloud’s first module, Asset Inventory, developed in partnership with 16 MassDOT Regional Transit Authorities, was designed to:

Reflect the existing workflow and needs of transit agencies
Enable users to enter a VIN number to automatically generate a new asset’s known manufacturer attributes, reducing manual data entry
Provide a user-friendly interface for making updates to assets directly in inventory tables/reports
Reduce the possibility of incorrect data
Streamline bulk asset update processes

Home Dashboard

Our home dashboard allows users to quickly view key agency announcements, obtain system training support, and view the customizable reports that matter most to them.

Asset Inventory

Asset inventory tables allow asset profile data and event lifecycles to be updated directly from one location – streamlining the asset management process and reducing duplicative workstreams.

Event Lifecycle

Event lifecycle updates for each asset are automatically updated to a snapshot view – allowing users to quickly see historical changes to the asset’s service status, mileage, and condition.

Import

Users can upload any existing CSV file to quickly add assets or update data for numerous assets at once with our bulk import feature. System validation rules are set to ensure data accuracy.
